Job Description:Senior User Researcher - Public Sector Remote Working with occasional travel to Newcastle £450-£500 - Per a day Inside IR35 4 Months Initially Help shape the future of digital public services. We are looking for a forward-thinking Senior User Researcher to drive the evolution of a digital programme. As a Senior User Researcher, you will: Bring genuine experience in conducting user and field research to deeply understand user needs and real-world behaviors. Lead digital services through every stage of the Service Standardfrom Discovery and Alpha to Beta and Liveleveraging your background in the public sector. Apply an empathetic, design-led mindset to research, focusing on genuine human experiences rather than rigid business analysis requirements. Work closely alongside Product Managers, Content Designers, and Interaction Designers to co-design and refine services. Lead collaborative analysis and synthesis sessions to turn complex research data into clear, compelling findings that build consensus and challenge team assumptions. Ensure services work for everyone by actively recruiting and involving diverse, representative user groups in your research.
