This role is Inside IR35.As a Senior User Researcher, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse of projects on improving GOV.UK products and services.Experience requirements:Experience of advocating for user research and engaging colleagues andstakeholdersBroad and specialist user research experience in a digital/IT environment andlarge complex organisationsAbility to understand the complex problems a team is trying to solve, andalign user research activities to inform decision making and action.Experience of introducing new research methods and helping teams to adopt.and choose the most effective/ appropriate user research methods, analysis.and synthesis techniques and approaches to presenting and sharing findings.Experience of helping teams to adopt user centred service design and delivery practices and embed them into their agile workflow.Familiarity with GOV.UK design patterns, style guidance, plain English standards and/or the GDS service manual.If you are available and interested, please apply in the first instance and you will be contacted to discuss the position further. ..... full job details .....
