The Senior Urban Designer will join a team that is currently focusing on planning applications for big-name house developer clients, however the expansion of the company will see them provide multiple consultancy services across a range of sectors in the future. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of delivering residential schemes for national housebuilders - either working directly for them or in private practice. Demonstrable ability to design housing layouts from scratch, using standard or bespoke house types along with the competence to manage a team delivering multi-unit projects will be highly sought after.
