Senior UI Designer - Retail

Senior UI Designer We''re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior UI Designer to join a collaborative multidisciplinary design team. You''ll create intuitive, accessible and engaging digital experiences for a large and diverse customer base. Working closely with UX, research, product, engineering and data teams, you''ll turn complex problems into simple, effective customer experiences. The Role You''ll: Lead UI design across web, responsive and native digital products, from discovery through to delivery. Create wireframes, prototypes and production-ready designs using Figma. Work closely with UX, product, engineering, research and analytics teams. Champion human-centred, inclusive and accessible design. Use customer research, testing and data to inform design decisions. Facilitate workshops and collaborative design sessions. Work within and contribute to a Digital Design System, helping evolve components and patterns. Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation. Mentor and support junior designers and contribute to a positive team culture. Continuously improve design processes and ways of working. About You You''ll have: 5+ years'' professional UI design experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating web, responsive and native app design. Excellent UI and interaction design skills. Advanced Figma skills and experience with modern prototyping tools.
