Senior Trustee Executive An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced pensions professional to join a leading independent trustee and governance services provider as a Senior Trustee Executive. This is a senior client-facing role that combines trustee governance, relationship management, commercial responsibility and team leadership. You will take ownership of a portfolio of pension scheme clients, acting as a trusted adviser to trustee boards whilst ensuring exceptional service delivery and commercial success. Role and Responsibilities: Lead a portfolio of trustee clients, acting as the primary contact for trustee boards and stakeholders. Build strong relationships with trustees, sponsors and advisers. Chair and present at trustee meetings, providing strategic governance support. Oversee client service delivery, ensuring high standards and successful outcomes. Manage, mentor and develop team members. Take ownership of client profitability and commercial performance. Support business development through pitches, networking and industry events. Enhance the firm''s market profile and identify growth opportunities. Essential Criteria: Significant experience within the pensions industry, trustee services or pension consulting. Strong knowledge of pension scheme governance and regulatory requirements. Experience working directly with trustees and pension scheme stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
