Senior Trust Fundraiser , you’ll play a vital role in making that happen—helping us secure the funding that powers life-changing projects.What You’ll Be Doing
Leading on exciting funding bids and growing relationships with a diverse portfolio of funders.Working closely with passionate colleagues across Kids to shape innovative, fundable projects that align with our mission.Building meaningful, long-term relationships with existing supporters, showing them the real-life impact of their generosity.Producing high-quality, inspiring reports that highlight the stories, numbers, and voices behind our work.What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:Has at least two years’ experience in trust fundraising and understands the sector.Writes with clarity, warmth, and impact—able to distil complex ideas into persuasive proposals.Feels confident with budgets and can talk openly about charity finances.Thrives in building relationships—whether with funders, service delivery teams, or senior leaders.Is adaptable, tenacious, and ready to take on a competitive fundraising landscape with creativity and drive.Why Join Kids?
