Senior Treasury and Procurement Lead

Our client is aiming to expand their global business including EMEA, they are recruiting a Senior Treasury and Procurement Lead to proactively participate toward this mission.The job holder is to manage all aspects of the indirect tax and procurement lifecycle including managing cash position, payment processes, procurement governance, cash outflow management, strong financial controls over spending, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders/external partners.Job descriptions:Treasury ManagementManage short-term liquidity and cash positioning across bank accountsMaintain and update rolling cash flow forecastsMonitor cash inflows/outflows and identify potential liquidity risksExecute and oversee fund transfers, FX transactions, and intercompany movementsMaintain relationships with banking partners and payment providersAccounts Payable Oversight (via BPO)Oversee end-to-end AP process managed by BPO providerReview and approve payment runs in line with internal controlsEnsure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of invoice processingHandle escalations, exceptions, and urgent paymentsMonitor aging and ensure no operational bottlenecksProcurement and Spend ControlDesign and enforce procurement policies and approval workflowsEnsure proper authorization and budget alignment for all expendituresPartner with business teams (marketing, operations, production) on spend ..... full job details .....
