Join Amazon''s Treasury team in Singapore and play a pivotal role in shaping the company''s financial future across the APAC region.As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you''ll be managing Amazon''s cash management operations for APAC including a wide range of Treasury activities. Your role will encompass understanding business flows and driving both investment and funding decisions, while developing scalable liquidity solutions. You''ll collaborate with various teams to enable regional product and business launches and provide support with issuance of credit products (such as bank guarantees and letters of credit). Additionally, you''ll drive process improvements across daily operations, ensuring optimal utilization of Treasury systems, and creating reporting that provides actionable insights.The role requires working with multiple internal teams within Amazon, including those based in Seattle, Bangalore, Beijing, Dubai and Luxembourg, from Financial Planning, Finance Operations, Tax, Accounting, and Legal, as well as external partners that include banking and financing partners, as well as regulators. The candidate must be able to communicate both written and verbal, complex Treasury concepts, in ways that are meaningful and useful to non-Treasury professionals. The candidate should also be familiar with treasury management systems, global liquidity management structures, cash forecasting models, trade finance products, global connectivity strategies, leading projects to achieve team goals.Responsibilities
Manage Amazon''s APAC cash management operations and a broad set of Treasury activities.Understand business flows and drive investment and funding decisions; develop scalable liquidity solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to enable regional product and business launches; provide support with issuance of credit products (bank guarantees, letters of credit).Drive process improvements across daily operations; optimize Treasury systems utilization; create reporting with actionable insights.Work with internal teams across regions and external partners (banking/financing partners; regulators) to support Treasury objectives.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in finance, accounting or related field4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes4+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan4+ years of Treasury experience with a global companyProficiency in standard software, e.g. MS Excel and WordPreferred Qualifications
