OverviewSenior Travel Consultant (Hybrid) – Full time, London, United Kingdom

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you are the face of our company. You’ll communicate with current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more. Do you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at heart?

Responsibilities

Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer

Understand client travel policies and provide consultation

Fulfill requests regarding regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)

Provide clients with industry information (low fares, exchange costs, penalties)

Seek opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients to suggest improvements

Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industries supported

Qualifications

Extensive Travel Agent experience

Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes

Advanced skills in GDS Sabre

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
