Senior Travel Agent

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable senior travel consultant (Travel Agent) for our agency to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel experiences for our clients by crafting personalised itineraries that cater to their unique preferences and needs. Your expertise in hospitality and hotel services will be invaluable as you guide clients through their travel planning process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Research and recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests. Create customised travel itineraries that include flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions. Provide expert advice on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, popular destinations, and emerging travel experiences. Handle bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services using various booking systems. Address any client inquiries or issues promptly and professionally throughout the travel experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
