Senior Training Officer - Band N - Technology - Counter Terrorism Policing HQ Salary: The starting salary is £55,662, which includes allowances totalling £3,009. The salary is broken down as £52,653 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £57,417. Plus, a location allowance of £2,009 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000. Location: West Brompton, Hybrid Working opportunities available. Job Summary The primary focus of the Senior Training Officer role will be to deliver a variety of IT end-user training to CTP users nationally. This role will be required to deliver, plan, design and prepare a range of comprehensive IT end-user training courses with detailed supporting training materials. The role will report to and work closely with the Counter Terrorism Policing Headquarters (CTPHQ) Technology Pillar ICT Training Manager (Band M). When required, this role is also required to provide interoperable support to colleagues in the CTPHQ Technology Pillar Training Team focusing on technical and service support programmes specific to 100+ staff in the Customer Service Centre (CSC) (whether that be independently and/or in collaboration with technical subject matter experts or external training providers).
