We''re looking for an experienced Senior Trainer to join our Learning and Development team, supporting the development of our RSR network through high-quality, engaging training.This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone with a strong recruitment or sales background who enjoys facilitating learning and developing others.What you''ll be doingDelivering engaging virtual training via MS Teams and face-to-face sessions across the UKFacilitating sales, customer service and soft-skills training for new and experienced consultantsDesigning and developing training programmes and materialsBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across the businessSupporting learners before, during and after training sessionsContributing to continuous improvement of our LandD offeringWhat we''re looking forExperience in recruitment or a sales-driven environmentConfidence and credibility delivering training to experienced professionalsExcellent communication and presentation skillsA proactive, organised and flexible approachWillingness to travel within the UK for training deliveryTraining or LandD experience is welcome, but strong recruitment or sales experience is key.
