Role: Senior Traffic Operator
Location: Felixstowe
Salary: -40,000 - -50,000

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Traffic Operator to join a well-established and respected transport business based in Felixstowe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up or already operating at a senior level within a busy container environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driver liaison and daily planning support

• Managing VBS bookings and port-related activity

• Ensuring high levels of customer service and on-time delivery

• Job input, tracking, and day-to-day operational coordination

What we''re looking for:

• Experience within container Logistics

• Experience as a Senior planner or Team Leader

• Knowledge of TOPS or similar systems advantageous

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
