In this role, you will lead and develop detailed Permanent Way (P-Way) designs across a variety of rail upgrades, renewals, and enhancement projects. You will be responsible for taking designs from initial feasibility through to detailed completion, working on plain line, switches and crossings (S&C), track lowering, platform extensions, linespeed improvements, and clearance analysis. Key Responsibilities Design Delivery: Lead and execute P-Way design packages (Plain Line and S&C renewals) to budget, quality, and project schedules.
