They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Town Planner to hit the ground running for their Macclesfield office. Preparing and coordinating planning applications and supporting documentation. Providing strategic planning advice to clients and development teams. Undertaking site appraisals and assessing development potential. Preparing planning statements, representations and other planning documentation. Managing planning appeals and negotiations with local planning authorities. Liaising with planning officers, statutory consultees, consultants and other stakeholders. Supporting clients with development promotion and Local Plan matters. Requirements for the role of Senior Town Planner: A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline.
