Senior Town Planner

Senior Town Planner Oxfordshire An excellent position has become available for an ambitious Senior Town Planner to join an established planning consultancy as part of their Oxfordshire based team. The successful Senior Town Planner will have the opportunity to lead a variety of planning applications for residential, rural and commercial developments. To be considered for this role you will: Have a relevant MSc (or equivalent) which is accredited by the RTPI Have a minimum of two years town planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment Be a Chartered Member of RTPI Have residential and/or rural project experience Within the role you will: Preparing a variety of planning applications and appeals Undertaking site development appraisals Liaising with other internal departments Mentoring junior members of the team Delivering general planning advice to clients Benefits: Joining an established consultancy with a clear career path Full benefits package including pension scheme and private healthcare Competitive starting salary Interested?
