Providing high-quality planning advice to clients across a range of development sectors. Developing and implementing planning strategies for complex development proposals. Managing and coordinating planning applications from initial feasibility through to submission and determination. Preparing and reviewing planning reports, statements and other technical documentation. Liaising confidently with local planning authorities, statutory consultees and other stakeholders. Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and ensuring projects remain on programme. Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients.
