This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated planning professional to work on a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use development projects across the South East.Working as part of a collaborative and experienced team, you will play a key role in managing planning applications, providing strategic planning advice, and supporting clients through the development process.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and supporting documentationProvide clear and commercially focused planning advice to clientsManage planning projects from early feasibility through to determinationLiaise with local planning authorities, consultants, and stakeholdersUndertake site appraisals and planning researchAssist with planning strategies for residential and mixed-use developmentsMonitor planning policy and legislative changesAbout YouDegree in Town Planning or a related disciplineWorking towards or already MRTPI qualified (or equivalent)Previous experience within a planning consultancy, developer, or local authorityStrong report writing and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesA proactive and commercially minded approachWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salary depending on ..... full job details .....
