The planning team sits within a wider property services group and works closely with colleagues across development, commercial property, rural consultancy, and land services. What You''ll Do As a Senior Town Planner / Associate, you will: Lead and manage complex planning projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring high standards of technical excellence. Provide strategic planning advice to a diverse client base, helping them navigate local and national planning policy and guidance. Prepare, submit and manage planning applications, including negotiation with local authorities and stakeholders. Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to skills development and maintaining best practice.
