The Role As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in managing planning projects from inception through to delivery, providing strategic planning advice to clients and supporting the wider consultancy team. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a varied portfolio of planning projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use development. Providing professional planning advice to landowners, developers and property clients. Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals. Undertaking planning appraisals and assessing development opportunities. Liaising with local planning authorities, consultants, clients and other stakeholders.
