The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own projects, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the business.The RoleAs a Senior Town Planner, you will take responsibility for managing a varied caseload of planning projects, providing strategic planning advice and supporting clients throughout the development process. You will work closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver commercially focused planning solutions.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and coordinating planning applications from initial feasibility through to submission and determination.Preparing and reviewing planning statements, appeal documents, planning appraisals and supporting reports.Providing professional advice on planning policy, development management and planning strategy.Managing client relationships and liaising with local planning authorities, consultants and other key stakeholders.Undertaking site appraisals and identifying planning opportunities and potential constraints.Supporting the delivery of complex ..... full job details .....
