The successful Senior Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of residential, commercial and rural projects for both private and public sector clients. Experience: Ideally candidates will have a significant experience of delivering planning consultancy services to clients, leading on planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and carrying out business development duties.
