The successful candidate will work across a varied portfolio of projects throughout the UK, providing high-quality planning advice and supporting clients through complex planning matters.As a Senior Planner, you will take ownership of a range of planning projects, build strong client relationships and work closely with Local Planning Authorities, consultants and senior colleagues to deliver successful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a varied portfolio of planning and development projects from inception through to completion.Providing strategic, commercially focused planning advice to clients across a range of sectors.Developing planning strategies for complex development proposals and identifying practical solutions to planning challenges.Preparing and overseeing planning appraisals, statements, reports and planning applications.Managing planning applications proactively, including negotiations with Local Planning Authorities and planning officers.Coordinating clients, external consultants and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure effective project delivery.Identifying ..... full job details .....
