The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in managing projects, advising clients, and supporting junior team members. You will be involved in all aspects of the planning process, from early-stage strategy through to application submission and appeals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a range of planning projects
• Preparing and submitting planning applications and supporting documentation
• Providing strategic planning advice to clients
• Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants
• Mentoring and supporting junior planners
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management

The Candidate
We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware planning professional who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related discipline
• MRTPI qualified (or working towards)
• Proven experience in a consultancy or private sector environment
• Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and procedures
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
