The practice works on projects including residential, mixed-use, commercial and strategic land developments, providing planning strategy and guidance from early-stage site promotion through to planning permission.The successful candidate will join a collaborative team environment with the opportunity to take ownership of projects, work closely with clients and contribute to the continued growth of the business.The RoleAs a Senior Town Planner, you will play an important role in managing projects and providing planning advice to a diverse client base.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing, submitting and managing planning applications and planning appealsProviding strategic planning advice to clients across a variety of development projectsManaging projects from initial feasibility through to determinationUndertaking site appraisals, planning research and policy analysisLiaising with local authorities, consultants and key stakeholdersPreparing planning statements and supporting documentationSupporting junior members of the team and ..... full job details .....
