Lead the formulation and delivery of planning strategies that support sustainable development. Oversee planning applications, appeals, and consultations from start to finish. Conduct site appraisals, feasibility studies, and impact assessments. Build and maintain strong relationships with communities, businesses, and public sector bodies. Provide expert planning advice and insights to clients and colleagues.
