As a Planning Consultant, you''ll work as part of a multidisciplinary in-house team, providing planning advice and supporting the preparation and delivery of planning applications for a diverse client base.You''ll collaborate closely with colleagues across the business, as well as architects, technical specialists, Local Planning Authority officers and other external stakeholders. The role offers a varied workload, with a particular focus on supporting the business''s expanding residential and commercial teams across a range of development and planning projects.About You We''re looking for a motivated and commercially aware planning professional with approximately 3-6 years'' experience gained within either the public or private sector. Experience across both environments would be advantageous.You''ll ideally be RTPI-qualified or working towards full membership, with a genuine interest in developing your technical and professional experience.
