We''re working with a well-established, forward-thinking developer based in Cheshire who are looking to grow their Planning and Projects team with the addition of a Senior Town Planner. The Role: As Senior Planner, you''ll play a key role in the Planning and Projects department, supporting the delivery of the company''s strategic growth objectives. Your work will span both local planning applications and the promotion of major strategic sites, navigating the Local Plan process as well as the planning application route.
