This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious planner who is looking to take the next step in their career while working on a diverse portfolio of projects across Wales and the wider UK. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of planning applications, strategic developments, and development management projects across sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use, renewable energy, and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of planning projects from inception through to completion. Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and supporting documentation. Providing planning advice to a diverse client base. Liaising with local authorities, consultants, stakeholders, and clients. Assisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships. Supporting junior members of the team where appropriate. Candidate Requirements Approximately 4-5 years'' experience within the planning industry. MRTPI qualified or working at an equivalent level. Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
