The successful candidate will have strong Development Management experience, including working on major and complex planning schemes, and will be confident managing applications through to decision. The role will involve leading on complex planning schemes, negotiating S106 agreements, preparing and presenting complex reports and dealing with planning appeals, including informal hearings and planning inquiries. The role offers hybrid working, with at least one day per week mandatory attendance in the office.
