Senior Tour Developer

My client are looking for a creative, commercially minded Senior Tour Developer to join a growing Product team, developing distinctive escorted tours and cruise-and-tour packages across the globe. From initial concept to launch, you''ll take ownership of creating compelling itineraries, negotiating with overseas suppliers and delivering high-quality, commercially successful holiday products.Key Duties:Develop innovative escorted tours and cruise-and-tour itineraries.Research new destinations, trends and unique customer experiences.Build strong relationships with international suppliers, DMCs, hotels and cruise lines.Negotiate competitive rates, exclusive experiences and added-value inclusions.Manage product costing, pricing, budgets and profit margins.Coordinate product delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality and deadlines are met.Work with Marketing to develop engaging product content and key selling points.Review sales performance and customer feedback to improve existing products.Support and train the sales team on new and existing products.Experience required:Proven experience in tour development, escorted touring or cruise-and-tour product creation.Strong international destination and itinerary knowledge.Confident supplier negotiator with excellent commercial awareness.Skilled in costing, pricing, budgeting and margin management.Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.Creative, proactive and passionate about developing standout ..... full job details .....
