You will: Design tooling, jigs, fixtures, and mechanical components to customer requirements Produce outline and detailed design concepts Identify and resolve engineering challenges with effective technical solutions Evaluate product performance, reliability, and safety Modify and refine designs to meet project and customer requirements Estimate project scope, budgets, and timelines Manage engineering risk and opportunity throughout the project lifecycle Prepare technical reports, calculations, and design documentation Support continuous improvement and development of new engineering methods Collaborate with internal teams and support junior engineers What We’re Looking ...
