Develop and manage current production processes to improve Quality, Cost, and Time while supporting planning and the introduction of new products and processes.Good CAD knowledge in creating 2D and 3D manufacturing data sets (modeling, detail drawings, Bill of Materials).Liaise with in-house production to understand end requirements and function.Create Tooling specifications and requirements documents.Support design and manufacture supply chain; attend design reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and tooling trials where applicable.Qualifications
Engineering Degree or equivalent with proven practical engineering and manufacturing knowledge and experience.Candidates without accredited qualifications considered depending on experience.Essential Skills
CAD proficientProactive team player focused on delivery and quality; able to work autonomouslyAbility to liaise at all levels of business managementExcellent communication skills and decisiveExperience
