Senior Therapeutic Support Worker Location: North Shropshire (New Children''s Home) Salary: £31,605 - £34,255 per annum (dependent on experience) + £65 per sleep-in Contract: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 173 hours per month on a rolling shift pattern, typically 2 shifts on and 4 shifts off. Attendance at training and team meetings may occasionally fall outside of the normal rota. As a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker, you will lead shifts, support and develop staff, and play a vital role in providing high-quality care that promotes the emotional, social, educational, and personal development of the young people in your care. The Role Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will: Lead shifts and ensure the effective day-to-day running of the home Provide therapeutic care and support to children and young people. Act as the responsible decision-maker on shift. Motivate, mentor, and develop support staff. Promote a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
