Leading shifts and supporting colleagues to maintain consistently high standards of care. Building positive, trusting relationships with young people, promoting their emotional wellbeing and development. Supporting young people to develop independence, confidence and essential life skills. Mentoring less experienced team members and contributing to a positive team culture.
