This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the product testing function while managing a small team of Test Technicians. Working closely with Production, Quality and Technical teams, you will ensure products meet the highest standards of safety, quality and performance while driving continuous improvement across testing processes. Key Responsibilities Technical Testing & Compliance Lead the testing of electrical and electronic products. Ensure products meet electrical safety, performance and quality standards. Develop and maintain testing procedures and documentation. Carry out product validation, fault finding and technical investigations. Maintain accurate testing records and compliance documentation.
