Senior Test Engineer

Role Purpose: The position focuses on testing, diagnosing, and resolving issues in electronic products to meet both internal and customer requirements. It also involves developing and refining test procedures, ensuring robust quality standards, and supporting production efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Core Responsibilities: Conduct troubleshooting, verification, and repair of manufactured units in alignment with defined specifications. Create, update, and implement test procedures using a mix of automated systems (e.g., Flying Probe, JTAG) and manual/functional methods. Contribute to practices that drive consistent, on-time delivery with zero defects. Help establish strategies for inspection and testing, defining clear acceptance criteria and coverage requirements. Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to colleagues on test processes and equipment use. Develop training materials and documentation to ensure consistent competency across test operations. Ensure programming and test development activities keep pace with production schedules. Uphold and enforce quality standards across all testing activities. Record, review, and analyze test performance data to drive improvement. Act as a point of contact for customers on technical matters related to testing.
