The Role:

As a Senior Test Engineer, you''ll be responsible for ensuring new product modules meet stringent technical specifications before they go to market. You''ll lead complex test projects, design bespoke test software, and collaborate with global teams to deliver excellence. This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-level testing on both new and legacy electronic products
• Lead and deliver complex testing projects, liaising with international colleagues
• Develop custom test software using C++ (or similar)
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
• Use advanced test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and logic analysers

What We''re Looking For:

• Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (BSc/MSc)
• Strong expertise in both analog and digital electronics
• Experience in electronics testing, ideally within manufacturing or R&D
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Desirable:

• Experience mentoring others and working within cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with automated test systems
