Where You''ll Make an ImpactAs a skilled Senior Test Development Engineer, you''ll spearhead the design of functional test equipment for circuit cards, sub-assemblies, and systems-driving quality through rigorous design standards, gated reviews, and proactive risk management.Your Key Responsibilities Include:Test Engineering Leadership: Provide technical direction and mentorship on small to medium-scale programmes.Design Ownership: Deliver robust, reliable test solutions from concept to completion.Process and Governance: Drive compliance with test development processes and tools. Act as key contributor at design gates and reviews, managing risks and opportunities.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hardware/software teams to align system interfaces and protocols. Act as a main point of contact for customers and suppliers.Development and Support: Develop test hardware/software and validation procedures.
