Senior Tender Manager, Solution Centre UKandI - (internal job title Senior Manager, Tender / Quotation Management) Location - Leeds or Telford About the Role Join us as Senior Tender Manager, Solution Centre UKandI, leading our Tendering and Quotation Management function and playing a pivotal role in driving business growth across the region. The Solution Centre UKandI is responsible for the tendering and delivery of both single and Multi-Business Unit customer projects, spanning Categories A, B, and C across varying levels of complexity and sectors. With an annual turnover of approximately £170 million and a track record of sustained growth over the last five years, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially focused leader to help shape the next phase of our journey towards £200 million and beyond. As a key member of the leadership team, you will define winning bid strategies, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the delivery of competitive, innovative, and profitable customer solutions. This role combines strategic leadership, commercial expertise, and operational excellence to maximise customer value and business performance.
