Key Responsibilities Design & Check: Lead concept-to-detail temporary works designs (calculations, drawings, specs) and perform independent Cat 2/3 design checks. Scope: Cover demolition stability, fa-ade retention, heavy propping, needling, excavation supports, piling platforms, and falsework.
