This is a permanent opportunity based in Central London offering £70,000 - £100,000 plus travel expenses and benefits. You will provide technical leadership, support project delivery teams and ensure designs are safe, practical, compliant and commercially appropriate About the opportunity: Reporting to the Director, as a Senior Temporary Works Design Engineer, you will take ownership of the following responsibilities: Develop temporary works designs, calculations, drawings and specifications from concept through detailed design. Lead designs for demolition stability, façade retention, propping, excavations, crane bases and temporary support works. Coordinate temporary works interfaces with permanent works, logistics plans and construction sequencing activities. Undertake site inspections, technical audits and design reviews to verify compliance with approved designs.
