Senior Ifrastructure Technician 20.44 per hour Monday - Friday 37.5 hours Temporary Contract NorwichWe are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Technician to provide third-line technical support The role will be responsible for maintaining and supporting critical digital infrastructure, including EOC systems, Windows server infrastructure, LAN/WAN networks, telephony and business applications.You will act as a senior technical resource within the Digital Team, supporting complex technical issues, maintaining system availability and contributing to infrastructure, security, asset management and digital projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide third-line technical support across networks, hardware, software, telecommunications and critical EOC systems.Manage the daily maintenance, monitoring and availability of Trust-wide digital infrastructure.Act as a senior technical resource, supporting and advising first- and second-line technicians.Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to third-party suppliers where required.Plan and deliver system upgrades, repairs, maintenance and technical improvements.Monitor system and network health and ensure issues, risks and incidents are appropriately escalated.Support technical workstreams within digital and infrastructure projects.Provide technical advice to managers and users on systems, infrastructure and resilience.Assist with the specification and procurement of hardware, software and digital systems, ensuring ..... full job details .....
