This is a technically challenging project requiring an experienced building services professional capable of leading MEP delivery within a complex existing building environment.  You''ll take responsibility for the coordination, management and delivery of building services, working closely with design, construction, consultants and specialist subcontractors.  The ideal candidate will have significant experience delivering technically complex refurbishment or fit-out schemes, ideally within listed or heritage buildings.   Salary: -90k110k, dependent on experience.</description>
