This is a full-time, on-site role (with hybrid flexibility depending on experience).As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Verge’s most ambitious digital products. You’ll set the vision, define the strategy, and lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond.This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to align business goals with technical delivery. You’ll be trusted to make key decisions, influence client outcomes, and mentor the next generation of product leaders within the agency.Key Responsibilities

Set product vision and strategy for Verge’s digital offerings, aligning with client needs and long-term agency goalsLead and inspire cross-functional teams (developers, designers, strategists) to deliver innovative, purpose-driven productsOwn the product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmapping to deployment and continuous improvementPartner with clients and stakeholders to shape requirements into scalable and impactful solutionsEnsure technical excellence across products, balancing innovation with security, scalability, and reliabilityMentor and guide junior product managers and team members, building a culture of ownership and collaborationUse data, insights, and market trends to refine product strategies and drive measurable outcomesQualifications

Proven track record in product management at a senior level, ideally within digital agencies or tech-focused organisationsStrong technical foundation with knowledge of web technologies (PHP/Laravel preferred, or equivalent modern frameworks)Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API-driven architecturesFamiliarity with databases (e.g., MySQL), cloud infrastructure, and deployment processesSkilled in agile methodologies and product lifecycle managementExceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsA passion for using creativity and technology to deliver meaningful impactPerks
