We''re looking for a Senior Technical Paraplanner to become the technical backbone of our financial planning division and the leader of our paraplanning team.You''ll be joining a growing team that includes two diploma-qualified paraplanners and a junior paraplanner progressing through CII exams. What they need now is a senior figure who sets the standard, raises the bar and ensures every piece of advice we deliver is robust, compliant and genuinely in the client''s best interests.This is a pure technical leadership position - you won''t be in client meetings. Instead, you''ll be the expert who turns insight into outstanding advice and shapes how the entire paraplanning function operates.
