The successful candidate will carry out the full range of Senior Technical Officer duties, from basic investigations and inspections through to complex cases, within an assigned specialist work area. Areas may include Commercial & Licensing, Residential, or Environmental Quality & Growth. You will act as a specialist lead within your area, providing technical expertise, making complex decisions, undertaking enforcement action where required, and supporting colleagues across the service.
