Senior Technical ManagerWe are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our long-established client for a Senior Technical Manager to join their senior leadership team. This is a pivotal appointment, reporting directly to the Site Director, and offers the opportunity to shape and lead the technical strategy of a well-established, high-performing site.This role is ideal for a proven technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, audit-driven environment and is passionate about driving standards, quality, and continuous improvement.The RoleAs the leading technical authority on site, you will:-Develop and drive the site''s technical strategy in alignment with business objectives-Lead, manage and develop the quality and technical teams-Drive and embed quality standards across the entire site-Ensure the site is audit-ready at all times-Manage and deliver the internal audit schedule-Lead all external audits and customer visits-Ensure full compliance with UK legislation and customer requirements-Maintain and develop strong customer and client relationships-Provide visible, hands-on technical leadership-Drive a culture of continuous improvement-You will play a key role in influencing site performance, culture, and compliance standards as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team.Requirements:-Proven experience in a similar Senior Technical / Technical Manager role-Strong knowledge and practical application of HACCP and BRC standards-Previous experience working with retailer standards ..... full job details .....
