Senior Technical Manager

to lead the technical function, ensuring full compliance with BRC standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in food manufacturing and a strong understanding of working with

NPD teams

and delivering technical support for new product launches.Key Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of food safety, quality assurance, and compliance across the siteEnsure continued BRC accreditation and prepare for third-party and customer auditsManage relationships with key retail and foodservice customers regarding technical mattersCollaborate closely with the NPD team on product development and process trialsLead the site HACCP team and oversee internal auditing schedulesDrive continuous improvement of quality systems and standards across departmentsLead, develop, and mentor the site technical and QA teamRequirements:Experience in a senior technical role within food manufacturingIn-depth knowledge of BRCGS standards and retailer codes of practiceStrong leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsPractical experience with HACCP, VACCP, TACCP, and internal auditingPrevious involvement in NPD or process development is highly desirableFor more information about this vacancy, please apply.We are unable to offer any sponsorship options for this vacancy.Seniority level
