Role and Responsibilities of the Senior Technical Manager:- Lead the global technical strategy for technically taking products to marketManage and develop a team of Technical Managers both in the UK and USWork closely with overseas manufacturing facilities in the US and EuropeOwnership of major technical, quality and food safety issues, RCA and implement corrective actionsSupport the selection and onboarding of new manufacturing partnersImprove efficiency, reduce costs, drive continuous improvement and performancePresent technical information to senior leaders within the business Knowledge, Experience and Attributes needed to be the Senior Technical Manager:- Character character character - driven, ambitious, innovative, motivated, forward thinkingKnowledge of food safety and technical standards in manufacturingComfortable with traveling overseas to manufacturing facilitiesLeadership and coaching skillsAble to spin multiple plates, where no day is ever the samePreviously been involved with NPD and NPi projectsResults drive - ..... full job details .....
